Depending on how long it takes to carry out a particular test , the length of time between the drawing of the blood and when your provider gets the results can vary greatly, from as little as a few minutes to as much as several weeks.
Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To facilitate social distancing, lab appointments are strongly encouraged.

Most test results are available online via KP.org or the KP My Doctor Online mobile app, click here to sign-in to KP.org. Some test results are not available online . For these results , please contact your doctor via email using KP.org or contact the KP call center to leave a phone message at 925-295-4070.
Not all test results are available online. In addition, results are not available if the lab is still working on the test . We’ll send an email when new test results become available online.
When your application is Approved or Completed Within 10 calendar days after we’ve confirmed your eligibility, we’ll let you know your coverage start date. Within the 10 days before your start date, we’ll mail you a Kaiser Permanente ID card and your new member package.
Just make sure it’s provided or referred by a Kaiser Permanente or GHC doctor in the area you’re visiting. You can get care in any of these Kaiser Permanente areas: parts of California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington (southwest part of the state ), and Washington, D.C.
